Terms of service

Last updated 16 September 2026

Who you are agreeing with

TogoDial is operated by FM FL SERVICES, INC, a Florida corporation at 6800 SW 40th St #118, Miami, FL 33155. “We” means that company; “you” means the business that opens an account.

What you are buying

A hosted phone system: calling, messaging, contact records and the numbers to use them with. There is no plan and no monthly minimum. You put money in a balance and the service draws it down as you use it, at the rates published on this site.

Opening an account costs $17.99, once, and includes $10 of credit. It is the price of getting started, not a subscription, and nothing renews.

Your balance

Credit buys service and is not money on deposit. It does not earn interest, and we do not refund an unused balance except where the law requires it — if you think something has gone wrong, write to us and we will look at it properly.

When the balance runs out, outgoing calls and messages stop. Numbers are billed monthly and a number that cannot be paid for is suspended and then returned to the carrier, at which point it is gone and cannot be recovered.

What you must not do with it

The acceptable use policy is part of this agreement and is the short version of the law in this area: no calls or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, no fake caller ID, nothing illegal. Read it — breaking it is the fastest way to lose an account and a phone number.

Emergency calls

TogoDial cannot place calls to 911 or any other emergency number. You agree that you have read the 911 page, that you will keep another way to call for help, and that you will make sure the people using your account know this too.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run the service with reasonable care and tell you when something is wrong. We do not promise it will never be unavailable: it depends on the internet, on carriers, and on equipment none of us controls.

Our liability to you is limited to what you have spent with us in the three months before whatever went wrong. We are not liable for business you did not win or calls you did not receive.

Ending it

Stop using it and it stops costing you anything beyond the numbers you keep. Ask us to close the account and we will, and release your numbers.

We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use policy, that a carrier tells us to stop, or that is being used to defraud somebody. Where we can give notice first, we will.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell the account administrator by email before it takes effect. Rates can change with thirty days’ notice; the site always shows the current ones.

Law

Florida law governs this agreement, and the courts of Miami-Dade County are where a dispute would be heard.
