Who this is about

TogoDial is a phone system for small businesses. This policy covers TogoDial itself — the company that runs the platform — and the information it holds about the people who use it and the people they speak to.

Text messages and your mobile number

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This covers sharing of any kind, whether or not money changes hands.

Every category of information described below excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply.

What we hold

• Account information — the name, email address and phone extension of each person who signs in.
• Contacts — the names, phone numbers and notes a business stores about the people it calls.
• Call and message records — who called whom, when, for how long, and the text of messages sent and received. Calls are recorded only where a business has switched recording on.
• Billing records — what each business was charged and for what.

Who we give it to

Only the companies needed to make a phone call happen: the telephone carriers that carry calls and messages, and the hosting and database providers that run the software. They act on our instructions and may not use the information for anything else.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it when the law requires it, and not otherwise.

How long we keep it

Call and message records are kept for as long as the business using TogoDial keeps its account, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. A business can delete its contacts and recordings at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you were called or texted by a business using TogoDial, that business controls its own records and we will pass your request to them.
