A business phone system, without the salesperson
Your phones, your contacts and your dialer. Seventeen ninety-nine to start.
Most phone systems want a plan, a seat count and a year. This one wants $17.99 — which includes $10 of credit — and then charges you $0.02 a minute for the calls you actually make.
- No seats, no plans, no monthly fee
- Inbound calls are free
- Cancel by not spending anything

Everything a small team needs to run a day of calls
A phone that lives in the browser
Your team dials, answers, holds, transfers and brings a third person in from a tab. Nothing to install, no desk phone, no VPN.
The people you call, in the same place
Contacts, lists, notes and outcomes. Every call and text lands on the customer’s timeline without anybody typing it there.
A dialer that keeps agents talking
Work a list at a pace you set. Answering machines are detected and skipped; who is waiting and for how long is on screen.
Texting from your own number
Two-way texting from a toll-free number, in a shared inbox, so a reply is not stuck on one person’s phone.
Menus and queues you can draw
Press 1 for sales, ring the sales queue, fall back to voicemail — or follow somebody to their mobile. Built in the browser and live on the next call.
Recordings and reports
Recorded calls when you switch them on, and the numbers that tell you whether the day went well.
Talking to somebody in about ten minutes
- 01
Pay $17.99
That opens the account and puts $10 of credit in it. No plan, no contract, no seat count.
- 02
Pick your number
Search by area code and buy one in a couple of clicks. It rings your extension from the moment you own it.
- 03
Call somebody
Open the phone, dial, talk. Add your team when you need them — they get an extension each.
One price to start, then only what you use
There is no monthly bill. Your balance goes down as you call, text and keep a number, and you top it up when you want to. Stop using it and it stops costing anything.

Questions people ask
Do I need any hardware?+
No. TogoDial runs in the browser — a computer and a headset is the whole kit. There is no desk phone to buy and nothing to install.
What does the $17.99 actually buy?+
It opens the account and includes $10 of credit. A US number costs $3 to set up and cover its first month, which leaves you $7 to call with — around 350 minutes.
Is there a monthly bill?+
No. Your balance goes down as you use the service and you top it up when you choose. A month where you make no calls costs you the price of keeping your number and nothing else.
Can I keep my existing number?+
You can buy new local numbers in the app today. Porting a number you already own is something we do by hand for now — write to us and we will start it.
Can I send text messages from my local number?+
Not in the US and Canada: carriers only deliver business texts from numbers that have been verified, and the route we support is a toll-free number. You apply for one in the app, receive replies on any number, and pictures people send you are shown. Sending is text only.
How many people can use it?+
As many as you like. Everybody gets their own extension and there is no per-seat charge, because you are paying for calls rather than for chairs.
How is this different from a CRM or a phone system on its own?+
It is both. The calls and the customer records are the same system, so a call is on the customer’s timeline without anybody copying it there, and you are not paying two companies to half-integrate.
What happens to my data?+
Each company is isolated in the database itself rather than by application code, calls are encrypted in transit, and who can see what is decided by role. The details are on the security page.
Can I call 911?+
No. TogoDial cannot reach 911 or any other emergency number today. Keep a mobile or a landline for emergencies, and read the 911 page before giving your team extensions.
