TogoDial is a cloud communications platform — a business phone system, a CRM, a dialer and two-way text messaging, all in the browser. It is run by FM FL SERVICES, INC, in Miami, Florida.
Why it is priced this way
Most phone systems want three things before they will talk to you: a plan, a seat count and a year. Each of those is a way of charging for something that is not the call. We charge for the call.
Opening the account costs $17.99 and includes $10 of credit. After that your balance goes down as you use it — a couple of cents a minute outbound, nothing for inbound — and you top it up when you choose. A quiet month costs you the price of keeping your number and nothing else.

No phone company ever charged you per handset. Every person on your team gets their own extension at no extra cost, and you pay for the calls and messages you actually send.
No contract, because the price should be the reason you stay
There is no annual term to sign and nothing to cancel. Stop topping up the balance and the account goes quiet — that is the whole exit process.
